A delightful sequel from Josi Kilpack! I'm really loving this series so far and can't wait for book three to come out in a handful of weeks. The characters are charming and I love the story arc.
Timothy is a poor relation living off a wealthy uncle's generosity. When his uncle discusses an inheritance that will set him up for life, Timothy is able to search for his perfect match rather than marry in to money. He starts on a campaign to find the one, all but ignoring his friend and confidant, Maryann.
Maryann is no beauty but is an heiress. She can't help but have feelings for Timothy but would rather leave the Season and London life behind.
I devoured this book. Maryann's love for Timothy is selfless and inspiring. Timothy's personal journey is just what I was hoping for.
