Great tips and information for children to practice mindfulness and relieve stress. My only issue is that all of the illustrations and pictures are of girls except for about two, the 'read more' section also references books specifically for girls. However, the entire book and all descriptions for the book do not mention that this is geared only toward girls,the way the book is written is easily useful for all genders, but the look of it may turn some children away.
