Wow VERY interesting.  During the first part of the book, every section is just part of an everyday interaction, but the perspective of the main character changes everything. Very good!! I didn’t even know I was reading, I was just in it.

The one guy in this book is VERY off-putting though, I have a lot to think about

Coming back to share my thoughts a few days later: The male character just did not add anything at all to the book for me. It took things away. As soon as we learned about his behavior and tendencies I just felt nervous while reading the rest of the book. He made me feel unsettled and scared for the main character and it took away from her.

I felt like the commentary was too much and too in your face, which ended up taking away from the point the author was trying to make
