Therese Raquin by Émile Zola

3.0

This book is the prime example of people wanting something they can't have, but when they get it, they don't want it. It was written well, and I didn't dislike the book, but it wasn't my favorite. The main characters got what they deserved, but I was unhappy with the way they dealt with the mother who gave them everything.
