This is the second novel in the Immortals series. This novel picks up where the last one left off. Ever is still navigating her new abilities with her "soulmate" Damen. She still deals with serious jealousies. Especially when a new guy in town becomes extremely close to Damen, which makes Ever feel left out.
This novel was straight fluff and I had a difficult time getting through it. I will not be reading the rest of the series. The possessiveness between the "soulmates" was just not working for me. However, these novels are perfect for Twilight fans.
