Lady, It's Cold Outside by Deb Marlowe

4.0

This was a really sweet Christmas novella. It has a great theme to it and I was able to read it in one sitting.

Glenna has had to close her grandfather's bookshop after his death. She is headed to her great uncle the Duke of Danby's home for Christmas. She has been summoned and hopes she will be able to stay on at his home after the holidays.

Alexander Murray, Baron Ellesworth is in dire need of funds to keep his estate running. He is also headed to the Duke of Danby's home. He hopes to sell some books to him and have enough money to make it.

Each of them is following and making wishes on a bright star in the sky. They will soon cross paths due to a flooded bridge and meet up with a orphan boy. You will leave this story feeling some Christmas cheer and enjoying the ride.

I received a copy of this book to read and review.
