Nineteen Claws and a Black Bird by Agustina Bazterrica
5.0
The best short story collection I’ve ever read!
After loving Tender Is The Flesh, I had high expectations for this, and I wasn’t let down. Some of the stories make you laugh with their genius. Some stories send a shiver down your spine. Some stories drop your jaw. I loved every second of this reading experience.
If you enjoyed other short story collections such as Cursed Bunny or Mouthful Of Birds, I am confident you will also enjoy this one.
A few of my favourite stories in this collection were: Roberto, Mary Carminum, Anita and Happiness, No Tears, and Elena-Marie Sandoz.
