This book kept me reading, interesting from beginning to end.
The story starts off with two cops Brian and Francis new to the force and planning to get married, and then eventually becoming neighbors. They and their wives never got along with each other and “things” happened that caused a falling apart.
Brian’s son Peter and Francis’s daughter Kate were best friends but one huge event threw everyone in different directions.
Peter and Kate both grow up but their past never stops haunting them.
It’s a great story what I couldn’t put down, throughly enjoyed it.
Loved the ending as well, felt like it was exactly what the book needed!
