Alien Tango by Gini Koch

4.0

I was landing a supersonic jet for the second time by myself. The first time had been a lot more exciting, and I define exciting to mean survival was nowhere close to a given. -Kitty Katt

This is, like, the 3rd sci-fi book I've ever read. Sure, it has a heavier emphasis on the love-connection side of things, compared to the level I think most traditional science fiction books carry (though, I wouldn't actually know. Like I said, not typically a genre I submerge myself in). I'm more of a UF/PNR girl, myself.

But, wow. I mean, I really, really enjoyed the first book in Gini Koch's Kitty Katt series, but I was not prepared for how awesome this one would be. It was just as funny--if not funnier--than its first, and I swear, the action was ten-fold. I didn't think that would even be possible, with how action-packed "Touched by an Alien" was, but sure enough, "Alien Tango" did not disappoint. Dead bodies piling up, bullets flying, lots of explosions, mystery, reptiles, and half-naked, gorgeous men. What more can an adrenaline junkie ask for? It's the hilarious, sexy, edge-of-your-seat kind of stuff I crave. Definitely would recommend!!
