🥃 Book One in the Love & Whiskey series
Blurb: Anastasia Kingston-Webb wants to take over the liquor company that her father built from the ground up. The only problem is her father doesn’t want the next CEO to be as wrapped up in work as he has been. He wasn’t a “family man or woman”. The only problem with that? Anastasia is as single as a Pringle and has no desire to settle down. Similarly, COO, Julian, also wants the promotion to CEO, but he’s also single and not the family man that he is looking for. A fake engagement is just what they need, until they realize they are each others competition for the CEO position….
Thoughts: I loved this book. It had the SPICE, the laughs, and there was NO THIRD ACT BREAKUP 👏🏼. I LOVED that Julian fell so hard and fast for Anastasia and that he worked so hard to be patient and show her that they could work. @authornikkiash has quickly become an “if she writes it I’m gonna read it” author for me and I’m definitely not mad about it.
THANK YOU @authornikkiash and @theauthor.agency for the advanced reader copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
