What a magical, cute, spicy and slightly emotional read! This was such a quick read but one that had such a cute storyline and romance. 

 

Aurora comes home after getting cheated on and divorced to stumbled into the woods led by an app. Yuri is a gator man that is a result from the magical woods but is a little grumpy and antisocial (rightfully so) when Aurora stumbles into his yard. From there something kept bringing these two together. Although this was a novella I didn’t feel like it was instalovey, which was so nice! I loved how much they were drawn to each other and how protective they each became. I wish we got more of these two. 

 

I am quickly finding with Strongs books that we get all the fluffy monster goodness with a touch of flawed character each with their own trauma that they end up help healing for each other and I love that so much! To me that is like the ultimate love story! Being able to find a partner that makes you feel so seen and fixes those broken pieces.
