Demons Not Included by Cheyenne McCray

3.0

The first couple of chapters are a bit choppy, almost to the point of awkwardness, as McCray introduces the characters and sets the scene and backstory. So I initially was worried that the rest of the book would be as choppy/awkward. But once it got past the intro and the story really kicked into gear, the book flowed and I found myself not wanting to put it down. Overall, decent fun story, albeit nothing new or unique. Strong willed princess with a kitschy side kick and hunky men, set in an urban fantasy world of vampires, fae, where's, shifters, etc. A fun read and I'll definitely pick up the second book in this series.
