Get a Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert

4.0

SHUT UP! Is this book really serious? I mean, I cannot decipher how much it has distorted my undercurrents in the cutest way possible but I can say with much determination that it has elevated me too much from the touch of Reality- of Expectations, of the extent to which one can OWN up to one's idisyncrasies. *hands down* total 'GOALS', in that department.
I totally lavished in the exquisite representation of the characters, especially the depth of emotions that echoed beneath their skin was nerve-boggling!

Certain events of causalties towards the end felt a little rushed and Chloe's withered occupation seemed a little unconvincing, to be making a decent income for all the high-maintenance, but overall, it just felt like more of having a Conversation about two very quirky, sensitive beings rather than just Reading about them, making the experience quite different from the usual rom-com reads. Felt even more warm, more intimate.

'Will soon be switching to Dani Brown, can't wait!
