I’m not sure I can adequately put into words how much I loved this book. Sadie and Lucas were those opposites that fit together perfectly. Sadie pushed Lucas‘s buttons, and Lucas loved every minute of it. Lucas had a calm strength that Sadie needed. I loved the way the two of them just kind of fell into the “spicy” aspect of their relationship. It came across as very curious discovery, and I thought that was really realistic.
Both of them had some issues that they had to work through. Some issues that they knew they had to work on and some that they didn’t even realize they had. I loved watching them grow to depend on each other, and I loved that Sadie came to a point where she knew what she deserved and she waited to get what she deserved.
This series has been a fun journey so far and I can’t wait to see how things finish out.
