Bat Boy by Christina Lee

4.0

This series follows the fellas of the Easton University Pirates baseball team. Coach's son, Kellan loves sports but doesn't have that knack for physical sports so he focuses more on stats and all around knowledge of the game. He is the bat boy for the team, in charge of equipment and he does a darn good job, too... when he isn't fantasizing about the captain of the team, Brady Donovan...

Brady loves the game of baseball and he has earned his place as captain of the team by being a great player and a decent and nice guy. He is kind to everyone, including Kellan Crawford, the coaches son. But, he would be mortified if anyone found out the way he really feels about the guy. He has never really been into girls, but the fear of people finding out that the person who fills his head at night is another guy makes him freak out a little.

Kellan is gay and out to his parents, but his father told him that he is not to give anyone on the team special treatment and he isn't to get close to any of them... but that all changes during an away game. A freak accident in Brady's room sends him looking for another place to sleep. He winds up at Kellan's door and everything changes.

Now, with feelings growing and attraction hitting an all time high between these two college boys, how can they get through the season without everything falling apart?

This was so sweet. This was a real deal, both good, kind, nice characters who fall for one another. I really enjoyed the guys on the team and both families of Brady and Kellan.
