Rocky Mountain Redemption by Lisa J. Flickinger

3.0

Well, I've agreed with Abigail Harder over at https://bookslifeandchrist.wordpress.com/, though I'm unsure if I've agreed with her as much as I do at this moment.

Rocky Mountain Redemption is an interesting historical fiction that held my attention with the sweetness of the story. My one and only complaint is that it was far too detailed for my tastes, the flashbacks could, I felt, be done with less details of the rape that a character suffered and it would have still come across as well as the author wanted.

Aside from my dislike for the detail and disagreeing with it being done in a tasteful way I liked the book, the slight mystery was interesting, and the cover is cute.

I don't recommend this book for readers under 18 due to content and see it as a big trigger for people who have gone through similar things as the character in this story did.

I voluntarily received and reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
