The Watchmaker of Filigree Street by Natasha Pulley
slow-paced
- Plot- or character-driven? Character
4.0
The sheer amount of Yearning in this book made my chest hurt
Edit 14/05/2024: On a second read, I had much more complicated feelings about Grace and Mori and how the former is presented. It's disappointing to know that the kind of treatment Grace gets here is a recurring theme with Pulley's female characters, especially since on a second read, I found myself far more consistently agreeing with the warnings she gave Thaniel.
