Any book that makes me say "DAMN" out loud multiple times HAS to get five stars.
These are small books with SO much detail. There are so many clues that you can look back on and say, "omg i see it now!"
The beginning of this book was a bit of long-term story building - and that has to be done, considering Rivers has a few long plots threaded through each book that has its own mystery. I can't get over how well she links parts of bigger plots into the smaller one at hand.
And, as always! - An ending that has me immediately reaching for the next book.
