The only reason I read this book was because my friend told me "girl, you should read this. It sounds like you're the one talking." and I did.
I'm not really into self help books but sherry did really hit the spot for me. The book was balamced. Not too many 'you ain't need no man' advice and not too many 'be his baby momma through and through' advice.
I have to admit though you can't apply her dating rules once you've already been too many months into your relationship. And well, not all relationships can survive this. Yet at the end of the day. Sherry has a point. A good one too.
I'd deffff recommend this to any girl who is a live walking doormat and to every girl who think her boyfriend is the holy god of the world. Girlie, live your life a bit.
It seriously opened my eyes to how clingy i've been even if my partner says that he loves it. (believe me. No one loves a clingy girlfriend.) and i managed to back off in a healthy way. Balancee
