Wow. I was blown away by this book and am so glad I had the opportunity to listen to the audiobook version read by the author. Jeanette skillfully weaves together humor, trauma, and resilience in a way that is incredibly human and powerful. What an amazing work of art. As a therapist, I must note the material has high potential for triggering those living with eating disorders.
