Heartstopper Vol 4 💕 Review

“But also knowing that sometimes people need more support than just one person can give. That's love darling” - Alice Oseman ❤️

First of all, but clap for this book for having trigger warnings on the first page 👏🏻
TW: Mental Health, Eating Disorders, Anxiety and OCD ⛔️

I’m so happy that young people have books like this to grow up with. They’re just so heart warming but touch on some very relevant topics. 📚

I love the focus on mental health in this volume. Both Charlie and Nick face completely different battles and I like how a big message in this book is ‘just being there is enough’. 🧠

The friendships in this book are beautiful, I wish I had such a group in my life. Different family dynamics and support is also touched on which was great to read about. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As always, the illustrations and overall page design is perfect in this book. I wish we had a hundred more volumes, I miss them both already 😭

Sorry I’ve been M.I.A this week, I’ve been in Cornwall for half term. Would you believe this was the first time I’d been away for like 7 years?! 🌊
