I like dark romance! I like the taboo villain stories and stuff like that. I even like it when they push the envelope. So my review stars are not just pearl clutching ok.
I enjoyed reading this book well enough, but it had so many problems with editing where it was contradicting previous plot elements. It also had some really cringe inducing word choices in places that just were not for me.
It was darkly fun, and I liked a few of the characters a lot, but honestly I don't see a lot to draw me back to it or to the author again? I'm almost certain that if I wanted to read dark erotic romance in this vein I could find it with a little more attention to detail.
