I absolutely loved the series, which I saw on TV first. I was delighted to find that it held very true to the book, nearly scene by scene, as far as my memory serves. This was written so wonderfully, from different points of view, characters that all come together at various points. A beautiful take on how our lives with others can intertwine, how perception and assumption filter our opinions, and the secrets we keep from ourselves, as well as others. An easy, enjoyable, engaging read. Happy to own this book now, too.
