There was a lot going on in this book and quite an introduction into this series. I was excited to find this new author in the KU program and try it out. This ends in a cliffhanger and though I hate them, I'm more accepting when I can just move on to the next book! This story has kept me on the edge of my seat and I can't wait to see what comes next! And Alex and Cassidy are terrific, as are their family's!
I read the series originally and loved it so I was excited to find it on Audible! The narrator does a great job of bringing this book to life.
