The Life She Left Behind by Nicole Trope

3.0

Rachel has everything she could ever wish for but her past that she thought was in past has started to creep up on her. Her mother is currently in a hospice dying of cancer and has a secret that will change everything. I really enjoyed reading this book, I was hooked from the first page to the last, this is also the first book I have read by this author. I felt really attached to Rachel and how she is so close to her mother. At times this is a harrowing story about Rachel’s life as a younger women, the story gets told from different POV and this helps to keep you interested.
