Ok so I picked this up at a second hand store because the cover was cool, and I was intrigued to find out what it was about. The book itself tells you nothing, the website tells you nothing, and I couldn't find it on any review site either.

This is modern poetry/short fiction, and as someone who has only recently dipped their toes into poetry at all, let's just say this was a mistake.

I've learned that I'm not a fan of crude and vulgar poetry, and I just don't "get" abstract poetry. I'm still willing to try other forms of poetry/short fiction, however this just didn't work for me in any way.
