This was a great read. Child hood friends to lovers. One working for the family brewery and the other a high skilled busy lawyer. When our female MC (the lawyer) decided she’s too stressed and to take a leave from work she goes to the hometown of our male MC. To keep herself occupied she volunteers to help revamp the bookshop below where she is staying.
This sees the two MC’s relationship change and develop. New friendships spawn. issues with work overcome and more.
A lovely diverse cast of characters with several Korean and Asian American characters I loved the rep throughout this. With it even touching on anxiety, panic attacks and taking medication for anxiety which in the past especially in a lovey dovey romance has been seen as taboo was amazing
