In this myth-inspired story, Eirene dives into a series of perilous trials to rescue her sister from a grim marriage (the last bride didn't make it out alive). Along the way she discovers Lamia the timid, secret daughter who is all too willing to help but has inner demons of her own.

I lapped this one up, the adventure of Greek mythology is always a big draw card for me and the blossoming relationship was beautiful to read.
Leandros’s character felt a bit one-dimensional making his moves very predictable but it did not ruin the book.

A great take on the myth of Psyche blended with tender sapphic romance, it's a dark, magical tale filled with quiet, intense love. Perfect for mythology fans who enjoy their stories with a bit of enchantment.
