Every Dead Thing by John Connolly

4.0

Charlie Parker starts grimmy and gritty and so painfully that I thought I couldn't get behind the first chapter. But I kept going and the experience was worth every single pain inflicted. Yes, it's not pretty. Yes, it hurts your soul. But it also cleans it and it's so well written that you keep reading, your eyes glued to the story, your heart racing along Parker's.
