Is a year and a bit a normal amount of time to spend on a book? I have spent the year talking about it too. Putting it down, picking it up. I don't think I need to write down my thoughts about it because they've permeated so much of my daily life it becomes redundant. I love dykes I love community even when people within it are imperfect. Not much more to say. I'm glad it exists. I'm glad it documents like a very unaware historian. I'm glad for lesbians and their complexity.
