Murder in Murray Hill by Victoria Thompson

Oh, I'd like ten stars, and I would give this nine. It is two things at once, very successfully. The author has something important to say about women who are duped into bad situations with unscrupulous men, and she says it extremely well. At the same time, the next stage in Frank and Sarah's life is set up neatly. There was almost a lovely and purposeful parallel between the two situations. Not quite, but almost. I listened to the audio version, which I highly recommend. I think I got more from the story than if I'd read it myself.
