The Crown of Ptolemy, by Rick Riordan

5.0

I think this was my favorite of the Percy Jackson/Kane Chronicles crossovers. We finally get Percy's POV! I enjoyed his take on the whole differences and similarities between the Egyptian and Greek gods and magic. It was also nice to get a god's perspective on things (even if it was the old vulture goddess, Nekhbet). I'm glad that Setne was finally dealt with, but I still hope that he gets devoured by Ammit in the end. I never realized how similar Sadie and Percy were. That must be why I like Sadie more than Carter. It was fun to see these four work together and to switch things up on Setne regarding the whole Egypt/Greek magic. I am disappointed that the Egyptians and Greeks will try to keep things even more separate, even though it is understandable.
