The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World by Douglas Carlton Abrams, Desmond Tutu, Dalai Lama XIV

5.0

Very interesting it hugged the line between religious practice and science very well. It also had clear voices from all involved. It was not preachy or told by those with out hardships, it was also not solely about them but other people as well from the famous, like Nelson Mendella to those nameless yet inspiring people we all see in our daily lives.
