The Lucky Ones by Kiersten Modglin

3.0

I have read many of KMod books. This was a good book; it just wasn’t as gripping as her usual style. This book involves 5 young survivors of a horrible tragedy that took the lives of their parents. Years later, they confirm that they are also in danger for their lives. What follows is their journey to find the reason behind the tragedy and how they can protect themselves. There are her usual good twists. This author usually ends her books with a satisfying ending. That’s one of my primary reasons for picking her books time after time. This book, however, adds a final twist that should have been left out. But many of you may like it so don’t let me sway you. It’s still a worthy read.
