While some of this book is really good with twists and turns that kept me hooked, there is also a large portion of this book that feels really convoluted and difficult to keep up with what is happening. There are lots of jumps in both time and location that feel janky and makes it difficult to keep up with what is happening (at least to me). When the story stays in one place and time it is at its best but then it will start jumping again and that also made the ending extra confusing and a bit disappointing.
