No Man's Land by David Baldacci

1.0

I gave 5 stars for the first three books in the series.

For this book, however, I felt myself getting more and more irate. I spent £7.49 on the ebook because I was so excited to read the next part and to find out about John and Bobby's mum.

Their mum was so perfect. It felt like the author had forgotten his mother's birthday and wanted to write an apology by making Mummy Puller sound incredible. And the stuff with the bionic man was so stilted. And that part at the end just made me groan out loud.

The first three books are fantastic, so I'm just going to make myself believe that this one doesn't exist.
