Here Kitty, Kitty by Elizabeth Knox
4.0
If I had to sum this one up in one sentence, I'd have to say - It doesn't let up. Not for a minute. The story starts dark and just gets darker as things progress. There are some lighter moments and Kat and Damon are so good together, but getting her away from Rage is just the tip of the iceberg for this pair. This is the second in the series, and I would recommend reading them in order. There are so many characters and while the two books take place a few years apart, it is a continuing story. Bear in mind that this is not a story for the squeamish. It's brutal and at times, chilling. The author gives us the family feeling of MC life, but it's not prettied up or glossed over. These guys are ruthless and when it comes to retribution, they're as cold-hearted as it gets. The story is fast-paced and once started, it's impossible to stop reading, and I'll admit it - I'm still reeling from that huge twist and cliffy!
