This one had me expect a kind of isolated, wary and suspicious community in an isolated, wary and suspicious island. And it did not disappoint in that regard. It made the whole thing feel a bit more creepy and unsettling than The Honjin Murders before it.

And it was really nice and cathartic to watch the pieces fall into place at the end.
