Honestly this even though I liked the series the ending conclusion of this book was so erratic and felt so sudden. It felt like 80% of the book was politics and 20% was the actual action that happened at the end with sudden deaths like Finnicks and Prim’s.
Also Katniss’ character is absolutely unhinged?? what is up with the love triangle that was built up over the 3 novels between Gale and Peeta which never got much closure until the ABSOLUTE end when she finally decides that Peeta is the right choice.
The action that happened in this third book seems so rushed after spending majority of the book on building up the conflict between the rebels and the Capitol was so detailed and right after all of the major conflict occurs. There is near to no dwelling on the aftermath of Katniss killing Coin nor the reasoning behind the seed of doubt planted by Snow. Anyways I just think that this ending was terrible closure-wise
