This book literally inspired me to throw my own Murder Mystery party, which by the way was an absolute blast, so I’d like to give it some credit for that!
For some reason, I thought this was book 2.5 in the series when it’s actually book 0.5… not sure where I heard that but it definitely confused me LOL. I think the storyline was pretty good. It really displayed Pip’s character and how she becomes really obsessed and absorbed in cases that she’s researching. I believe this novella was actually published three or four years after the initial book, and since it’s meant to be read before the first book, I think that kind of threw everything off (I read the first book before this novella was even released).
Overall, the storyline was fun and it was a very quick read! I’m giving it a solid three ⭐️
