Goblin War by Jim C. Hines

3.0

I'm not a writer, but it can't be easy to write good humorous genre fiction, and have a solid plot at the same time. This trilogy was a fast fun read that made me chuckle almost nonstop. None of the two sequels were quite as good as the first part, which was mostly about turning the standard D&D dungeon-crawling scenario on it's head, but they did hold up pretty well.
