Kitchen Table Tarot: Pull Up a Chair, Shuffle the Cards, and Let's Talk Tarot by Melissa Cynova

3.0

I liked her philosophy of "not every deck is the same, use your intuition" since that's how I feel about it too. Some of the stories I was not the biggest fan of, and it made the book longer than it needed to be. I also thought it was weird that it was written for beginners, but then talked so much about selling readings, like the intended audience wasn't really settled. Despite that, I'd still recommend this book to beginners, especially if you follow the advice in the beginning and start your own guidebook as you read along.
