The female MC's entire personality is her NoT bEiNg LiKe OtHeR gIrLs, she’s not girly enough and she acts like a guy and she hates when people act towards her like she is a girl, at some point she says that she never wears girly clothes because of wardrobe malfunctions, but you can totally wear pretty clothes that are comfortable and don’t have any risk of wardrobe malfunction

The writing style is really weird and confusing it’s written in the 3rd person perspective yet we see both of their POVs. For exemple, in one chapter we see what his thoughts are but we only see what she says without knowing what are her inner thoughts. Now, that wouldn’t be a problem if it was like this throughout the entire book, all the books that are written from the 3rd person perspective are written like that. The difference here is that the next chapter we see what are her thoughts and we only see what he says without seeing what he thinks, so it’s a mix of double POVs but written from a 3rd person perspective, it’s kind of confusing. Another thing that is super weird is that the book refers to their parents as “mom” and “dad”, the thing is that sometimes there is a line that goes like “blah blah blah, mom said” or “dad sat down” it makes sense to write it like that when the book is written in a 1st person perspective but it’s written in the 3rd person and it just says “mom/dad said” instead of “her/his mom/dad said” it’s as if their first names are literally “mom” or “dad”.

Events in book weren't written gradually enough, for exemple at some point
Spoiler Addie and Tucker have a fight in quite the beginning of the book that escalated really quickly for no reason, one moment they were laughing, the next she was super angry at him and he didn't really say anything that would warrant such a strong reaction from her.

Their attraction was based on nothing,
Spoiler their entire life they weren't attracted to each other and then one day suddenly they are, and there is sexual tension between them. All he did was see her legs and thought they were sexy but it’s still weird that he would suddenly be super attracted to her after they’ve known each other their entire lives just because he saw her legs, which he saw plenty of times throughout their lives. And when it comes to her, the attraction was really sudden, it’s not like he did something that, for some reason turned her on or something, she just suddenly began being attracted to him after years. It would have been better to see the way they saw each other evolve gradually and not suddenly just like that for the plot, it doesn’t seem very realistic.
