3.5

I DNF the first time I tried to read the physical copy like 100 pages in because nothing was happening. Then i finished the audiobook and I have thoughts. This is really well written with very fleshed out characters but I didn’t love the story. It was really upsetting! In a way that made me want to stop reading, not in a way that I needed to see how it turned out. But I stuck with it and can recognize this is a good book. This made me hate hockey though and maybe team sports in general which seems to be the opposite effect other people are having. Basically a story of the negative side affects of a mob mentality. Justice for maya
