The Kind Worth Saving by Peter Swanson

mysterious medium-paced
  • Diverse cast of characters? No
  • Flaws of characters a main focus? Yes

4.0

Maybe it's because I didn't read the first book in this series *screams internally* but I just didn't really understand the dynamics between Henry and Lily, or just Henry in general.
SpoilerThe twist with there being 2 different Richards definitely got me, as I was wondering how they went from plotting the murder of Richard's cousin, to Richard cheating on Joan with his coworker.

I did enjoy the three separate parts and different POVs and timelines. I just struggled to connect with all the characters as I feel like I missed out by not reading the first book in this series.
