Maybe it's because I didn't read the first book in this series *screams internally* but I just didn't really understand the dynamics between Henry and Lily, or just Henry in general.
I did enjoy the three separate parts and different POVs and timelines. I just struggled to connect with all the characters as I feel like I missed out by not reading the first book in this series.

The twist with there being 2 different Richards definitely got me, as I was wondering how they went from plotting the murder of Richard's cousin, to Richard cheating on Joan with his coworker.I did enjoy the three separate parts and different POVs and timelines.
