This was not as light and fluffy as the book blurb made it look. If you have triggers, check the warnings or keep reading, but here be spoilers! I expected more 13 going on 30, and did not expect
oh wait that’s not a happy little pregnancy that’s surprise cancer. 🤦🏼♀️ I probably wouldn’t have picked it up if I knew there was so much family drama and learning to cope with death. I probably should have seen it coming since otherwise the author was kind of written into a corner.
But I did keep thinking about it in between sessions so that’s something. And I did get lost in it and need to know the outcome.
