A bubblegum ice cream beach read that covers serious topics yet manages to feel somewhat lacking in depth. Tackling death of a spouse, “cancel culture”, coming out at a later age , breast cancer, and infidelity (for it is an Elin Hildebrand book) while still having the same tone and mood of all Elin’s books puts it in beach books that should have a heart but seem somewhat stilted. Cool concept!
