I didn't like this book the first time I started reading it, because I couldn't read the font. But I read it again today, and wow, it really punched me in the gut emotionally.
I'm not really sure why it was challenged, and 5th most challenged book of 2023 to boot, because it's not sexually explicit?? There isn't any nudity that is shown, and the most gay thing that happens is a tiny accidental peck on the cheek. So tired of these book challenges, man, it's ridiculous.
