It’s an amazing book with some really amazing scenes but being a big fan of both of the films that spawned from it. I honestly think that the book is worse. It’s very much a different story than the first film, and I find the ending, while good, less interesting than the movies. There is also a couple of plot points and characters that I could do without and I see why they weren’t in the movie. Overall it’s a book that defined sci-fi but I do think that it’s not perfect. If you do love the blade runner movies or android philosophy then it’s worth the read
