I really liked the beginning of the book. Georgina is in a long-term heterosexual relationship and at some point she realises that she might not just be into men. I liked the queer awakening of the protagonist and also found it very realistically portrayed. What happened afterwards ... was not comprehensible at all. I hate the miscommunication trope and when characters can't be honest with themselves and others. Georgina is torn in two directions: Her queer, bisexual side and her straight side. And in keeping with the cliché, she can't decide which side she wants to belong to. And that was incredibly exhausting to read, how she constantly lies to herself and her relatives and deceives everyone. No, unfortunately I didn't like Georgina as a protagonist at all. For me, she is a negative example of bisexual representation. Personally, I didn't like the ending either. Georgina evolves, but ... I don't know. I'm just a bit disappointed in this book. Too bad!
